Felipe has many years of professional experience advising clients in the management and protection of trademarks rights. He has advised in a broad range of sectors including food & drink, financial services, pharmaceuticals, fashion, jewelry, cosmetics, wine industry, tourist industry, transport and logistics, nutritional supplements, medical equipment, toys, business consulting, financial services, real estate services, educational services, IT services, software, apps, medical services and more.
Before founding Campos IP, he served as Attorney at Law for the Legal Department at INAPI (Chilean Trademarks Office). In his early years as professional he worked at Bordachar & Meneses Law Firm.
Felipe has also participated in various international seminars and conferences on trademarks organized by the International Trademark Association (INTA).
Since 2014, he has been a member of the Chilean Bar Association, and his practice is submitting to the Professional Ethics and Code of Conduct.
